Many articles – including mines – talked about how content marketing, inbound marketing, AI, machine learning and new technologies were going to keep changing the landscape of marketing in 2017. However, email marketing seems to be immune to innovations, no matter how disruptive they are.

    Thanks for posting these stats! who’d thought that email is still better than social media? I guess I’ve underestimated it all this time. I guess that now it’s good to also watch marketing automation. Some tools, like GetRepsonse, who formerly did email marketing now offer more than that. It’s an interesting turn of events.
